A werewolf, two demons and an avatar(the one that controls the elements not the blue creatures) are experiments from a lab. They escape but not completely from Dr. Verras, or known as Frankenstein to the four fugitives. After they escape things get harder, weirder and meaner. They fight to the death, literally, with every battle.
I really liked to thank James Patterson for all the Maximum Ride series. Also everyone who is involved in the shows Teen Titans and Avatar:the last airbender and The Legend of Korra.
NOTE: only two of the characters from teen titans is on here, it's not all about them but the characters are in here, also didnt steal or take the name Max from James Patterson book, Max is a boy in this book, and he is completely different from the Max in the Maximum Ride series.

Humans and Demons were never meant to coexist. It is impossible for either to live peacefully with one another... considering the mere fact that Demons want nothing more than to destroy the living. It is their duty to rid the world of what their definition of evil is. The world is a terrible and disgusting place, and taking Human life one by one will - in their twisted minds - purify the world one death at a time. Max Rivers is that particular Human with a majorly screwed up life... from medicine abuse to simply giving up on life altogether. Jeff has been one of those tortured and emotionless Demons to roam the world as he so pleases, taking life whenever he crossed paths with a Human. Neither one of them were meant to meet... and they sure as hell were never meant to coexist. Jeff takes life to suppress his own evil past... and Max wants her life to be taken from her in order to put an end to her horrible present and future. But when two completely different worlds begin to collide, and when each one slowly becomes slightly interested in the other for unexplainable and confusing reasons, both of them seem to coexist in nothing more than an utter nightmare.
