Love Unseen

I noticed him the day I moved in.

My neighbor. Always watching. Always too close.

At first, it was little things-the way he lingered in the hallway when I got home, the way I'd catch his reflection in a window, staring. He never spoke much, just a polite nod, but his eyes... they stayed on me too long.

Then, things started going missing. My spare key. A sweater I left on the balcony. My bedroom door cracked open when I was sure I'd locked it.

I told myself I was imagining it. That I was being paranoid.

Until I saw him on the news.

Hanging between electrical cables, his body swaying like a broken doll. The reporters called it a suicide. The police didn't ask questions. But I knew better.

Because last night, he was outside my door.

And this morning, I found a message on my window-written from the inside.

"Don't think this is over."

Now, I can't escape the feeling that someone else is watching. Whatever with him was just annoying.

And that the real horror is just beginning.
