Halle Norwood dropped out of school at fifteen, never expecting to return. Her childhood dreams faded over time, and she was just a shell of her past self, if you could even call it that. Life was just something she was going through one day at a time-until her job hands her an unexpected assignment.
To complete it, Halle must enroll in a public school in New York. She doesn't expect to stay long. All she has to do is gather intel on one student, take him down, and walk away. Simple.
A lot of planning needed to be done for her two month mission. She needed everything thought out, from plan A to Z.
But what she didn't plan for? Falling for the person she was supposed to watch crumble.
