Chronicle of an August Revisited

After earning a nomination for one of the United Kingdom's most prestigious literary awards with a chronicle on Diana Spencer's youth, History student Conrad Bramson-Boyle is chosen by the Crown to write the first authorized biography of Diana, Princess of Wales, following her sudden death.

Yet within the grand halls of Sartrefield Academy of Liberal Arts, Conrad's ambition is inseparable from the ghosts of literature and history that haunt him. When Conrad uncovers an analog temporal anomaly within one of Lady Di's personal belongings, he resolves to rewind history and prevent the car crash that claimed her life. However, no matter how meticulously he redraws his plans, the Princess keeps dying on August 31st, 1997, each occurrence marked by a distinct, inescapable manner of death.
