Years after the Universe Sentai War against Calamity, the Sentai's powers are gone and the Earth merged with many worlds into one world. Many Sentai Ring scatter around the world and some people got power of Sentai to become the Power Ranger, Dragon Keepers, and Kizuna Five, the heroes were inspire to protect the Earth.

Y/n Senshi is a huge fan of Super Sentai but he is a stray wolf that got fired from the store. After walking back to his home, a portal sucks him and lands in another world. He find himself in the ruin and see it was Tega Swords who chosen him to become the Red Sentai, he accept the powers to fight Zangyack-Tojitendo Empire.

Follow Y/n meet many new friends and team up with Universe Warriors while reclaim the Sentai Ring in Rival Battle. Who shall be Number 1?
