Hello everyone, please read this: I have a wonderful family, though they can sometimes be a little neglectful. Please do not be upset with them; they are truly great people. 

This book will mainly serve as an outlet for when I'm upset with someone, as I struggle with anger management. I also tend to overthink and experience significant anxiety.  I want to assure you that I will never, ever discuss self-harm or suicide in this journal. I am grateful for my life and have promised myself I will never resort to such actions.

P.S.  While this preface may seem upbeat, it will contain some sensitive topics and genuine expressions of frustration. Please do not judge the entire journal based solely on the introduction.
