Hetalia: Rome the Strong Little Sister

Knowing that N. Italy and S. Italy are weak, there has to be at least one that is strong enough to protect them when Germany and Spain aren't around. And that just so happens to be their capital Rome, aka their baby sister Caterina Vargas.

A/n: This is basically a capital OC insert in the Hetalia series. I might add some other capitals later and they'll be the nyo-counterparts. I also deleted one of my other Hetalia fanfictions because I cringed at it and don't want to remember it. This'll also be based on the English Dub of the anime.
