Though Androids have rights, people always find a way to exclude them. That being Connor fired from the police department, and other androids losing they're jobs. Some people see this as a good thing, some of the homeless folk getting they're jobs back. But what about the other androids, now they're in the position they caused.
Connor on the other hand, is staying with Hank. And even though he's smarter than Hank, there are certain things he's never experienced. So Hank's goal is to help him, in ALL ways possible. But things may seem calm right now, but something bigger than Detroit is brewing.

Outbreaks of Deviancy within the everyday android are turning this town rampant; and is turning the police department into a war zone. A hard-boiled eccentric police lieutenant, and his android, RK800 companion are no longer able to keep up with the cases by themselves, and request an additional partner.
