Eryndis has always been different. A mortal with magic in her veins, a whisper of something ancient in her blood. The animals understand her. The wind calls her name. And the crows-especially one-bring her gifts she cannot explain.

Then come the dreams. A man with emerald eyes. A voice like silk and shadows. A fate she does not yet understand.

When Loki steps from dream into reality, exiled and seeking her out, she is drawn into a world where she does not belong. Asgard does not welcome her. Odin does not trust her. But Loki does.

And if she wishes to stand at his side, she must prove she is more than just a girl from Midgard.

Between Gods and Mortals - LOKI X READER X THOR by AsgardianPrincess050
28 parts Ongoing Mature
When Y/N, a mortal girl obsessed with Norse mythology, stumbles upon an ancient spell in an old book, she never expects it to actually work-until she finds herself trapped in Asgard with no way home. Desperate, she sneaks through the golden halls of the palace, searching for a way to reverse the magic. But in her attempt to fix the portal, she only shatters it beyond repair, sealing her fate in the realm of gods. Discovered by Thor, the mighty prince of Asgard, she is met with hostility from the court, particularly the noblewomen who see her as a lowly mortal unworthy of their golden city. But Thor, ever the honorable warrior, takes her under his protection, offering her sanctuary despite the disapproval of his people. She finds solace in his kindness, his unwavering sense of duty, and the effortless way they seem to understand each other. Yet Thor is a future king, bound by expectation to marry a noble Asgardian woman-not a girl from Midgard. Then there is Loki. The dark, silver-tongued trickster, an outcast in his own land, sees in her a reflection of himself-someone unwanted, someone different. He is the first to treat her not as an intruder, but as an equal, drawing her into his world of whispered secrets and forbidden magic. She knows she shouldn't fall for him, not when his mischief turns to cruelty, not when the darkness within him begins to unfold. And yet, she can't seem to stay away. Torn between two gods, she must choose: the light of Thor, whose duty to Asgard threatens to pull them apart, or the shadow of Loki, whose desire for power may consume them both. But as political tensions rise and enemies lurk in the corners of Asgard, one thing becomes clear-the gods may be immortal, but love is just as dangerous as war. Who will you choose, reader?

Loki was back in his cell after being discovered by Thor. He saw horrible things but had no way of escaping and helping his family. He is sadder and more depressive than normal. Can the Lovely Jane Foster help him out and discover the cruel truth about his past? As well as help him survive the cruel reality of earth? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 'He opened the book and perused through the pages until he found the chapter called Loki and decided to read it to find out what stories and legends told about him. ...god of mischief...Odinson...blah blah blah...........evil....warrior.....foolish.....died in battle.......sacrifice......Asgard.....immortal....blah blah blah... It made him angry, it was filled with cold-hearted lies! He couldn't believe people thought so badly of him, well he had tried to take over Asgard a couple of times and Midgard, and both times he had almost succeeded if his brother hadn't stopped him. He could not hold in his anger anymore and he threw Odin's Norse Mythology book across the room which made a loud thud on the wall.'
