After Loki attacked the New York while trying to take over the world, the Avengers decided it would be the best for everyone to move into the Stark Tower. But after Thor's mother died, Loki was exiled from Asgard and S.H.I.E.L.D. agreed to let him stay with them under the surveillance of younger agent girl.
This fanfiction is after the first Avengers movie (2012), the storyline isn't accurate to the movies though.
The story is still in writing, i'm active and will update as much as i can. :)
