'The Day I...' is a raw and emotional true story regarding my life, and the difficulties of growing up with anxiety disorder, depression and ADHD. It leads into how it feels growing up, not only a person of those traits but growing up in general.
It will contain mentions of depression, self-h@rm, negative thoughts and su1cidal thoughts too - so please be aware of all of those triggers that will feature in most chapters, if not all.
Just like life, there are happy and sad chapters in this book, so get some tissues ready but also be prepared to laugh.
I wouldn't call it much of a story, to be honest, as I wouldn't fully say there's such a plot, however some chapters may relate to one another so I would recommend reading them in order if you can :)
This book is to make all of my conditions more known, and understood - coming from a person who has them. I want people to know that no matter how alone they feel, or how 'weird' they feel, they're never truly on their own. I hope this book can help spread more awareness and understanding but also provide comfort.

This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! (And many more chapters, about everything you could think of) And maybe you know all of this already, and it glads me to hear. Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain. When you're forced to mask Reality with Fantasy. The lifted layers finally unveil the tombstone of self. The biggest cities into the tiniest pebbles The massive ideas and thoughts formed into merely something to fear. A protagonist who already forgot his name Remembers He is a Daydreamer. Which is the only way to cope with life after multiple tragedies. And the fraud on fake friends faces. Only to daydream. As losing touch takes a toll on that rotting indulgence slowly. This get's quite horrific as it goes on. It's not to enjoy but to reflect on and experience. I decided to publish the draft version, because I don't think I can fully finish YWAADD final edition any time soon. I am in the worst mental and emotional state ever. It's quite a struggle and I suffer heavily. So yeah, the polished draft kind of holds up aswell too. The final one is way longer and eventful. So, um yeah I don't expect this to get attention at all, it's kind of really mid in some parts. But enjoy, or don't I guess. Yes this was inspired by Everywhere At The End Of Time.
