Roseanne is your typical teen, who lives in a city surrounded by a massive wall. On the outside of the wall is a land were once normal now mutated people live, G- land. The people in the city are constantly afraid of catching the virus that causes mutations and a bad temperament. She is so distracted by her dads disappearance that she doesn't even notice there Is someone following her. Only once her best friend Mersadies disappears does she start noticing the dangers around her and the person who has been following her. Its not until its to late that she finds out why. She is thrown out of the city having to fend for her self, until she meets a group of people who haven't mutated but have grown stronger from the virus. Will Rose survive or will she turn into a hideous mutation?

After stressing to many people about what people in this other world has told her, everyone around her starts to think that getting into that accident made her a little “psycho", “crazy", and “mental". To visit these people in heaven, the only way she can do it is by potentially killing herself just so that she can see and talk to them. But with this, also comes the cost of people thinking that she’s suicidal or crazy, pushing her mother to take drastic measures to help control her daughters suicidal behavior.
