Rayne Black and Hobie Brown have been friends for years but they still haven't found out everything about each other. During the day they fool around with Ashley Diggins, Payton Myers and Aidan Smith. If you asked one of the elderly women who knit in the park where the group hangs out almost every day, they'd call them 'satanists'. They like to call themselves unique.

Later on a meteorite struck in the park and was given to Doc Connors to analyze. Daniel was helping out when a white and black goo came out of the meteor and found it's way to Daniel.
