بعد سنوات من الفراق، تجد نفسها وجهًا لوجه مع حبها الأول في معرض فني، حيث تلتقي عيناها بلوحة لم تتوقف عن رسمها يومًا، لكنها هذه المرة باتت واقعًا يقف أمامها.



بين لوحات مرسومة ومنحوتات صامتة، تدور أحداث الرواية في عالم يعجّ بالألوان والظلال، حيث يختلط الفن بالحياة، وتتشابك الخطوط بين الماضي والحاضر. مشاعر مكبوتة، نظرات مترددة، كلمات غير مكتملة، وذكريات لم تبهت بعد، كلها تلتقي في لحظة واحدة، توقظ روبي بأنه انتهى.
