The (L/n) family has a legacy for its martial arts, or rather, its style of karate; their technique has been passed down from generation to generation since the 1800s, and maybe the late 1700s.
17 year old (Y/n) is proud to have this as her family's heritage, and has won multiple karate tournaments and championships all around Japan because of it.
She doesn't plan to play any other sport than Karate, in fact, karate isn't just a sport to her, it's her life, and she'll put her blood, sweat, and tears into it without a second thought.

It's not too sad but not too happy. Her father and mother were very happy together. Not only that but they were rich. (Y/n)'s father is a very very important business man who decided to marry not for money, but for love. Or that's what they both thought at first. One day they get in a big argument during (y/n)'s last day of middle school. Making her have to leave to America instead of going to a school in Miyagi prefecture. The only thing is she was hoping to go to Karasuno with her boyfriend, Kageyama. So (y/n) decides to break up with him knowing she may never see him again.
