It is the year 2045. Where mortals are kidnapped and sold, if found without their papers.
The vampires and humans had reached a treaty. A treaty where daughters and sons were snatched within the blinds of night, where wailing mothers and family resided within the light of day... No worries it was only a few measly mortals, it was better than them attempting to take full control of the human population...it was the only way to survive...or so the humans thought.
Vampires roamed freely, among humans. In fact they had their very own society, or should I say kingdom? All within the depths of the human world.
But what if it was not only vampires that resided within the world of humans?

It's an oath most in this world don't take lightly, "Just for you." "How ironic." But the weirdly formal looking attired man turned down a familiar road heading back towards my apartment. I never gave him the address, nor was I able to stay awake long enough to greet my little angel, but her nose bops in greeting were enough to tell me she's safe while I dozed back off in the care of a duke. ~ 18+

Author's Note: I appreciate the traction this book gets here and there but fair warning, I wrote this when I was quite young and it's paced poorly just to get my ideas stored in my head onto a digital format.
