Haruno Sakura comes from powerful family, each and every member of it being famous in some oarts of the world. But she is the last one alive. She has seen a lot of things, during her life, death, betrayal and pain. No massacre, Naruto's parents are alive, Itachi is still in the Akatsuki and in the story some things will be different, like ages for example.
