Golden Flame - English version

In a land mown by millennia of religious wars, a mysterious plague transforms humans into deformed creatures who know no fear or fatigue and whose only purpose is to feed themselves and spread the disease. In the hope of survival, populations already exhausted by conflict have shut themselves away in cities, erecting makeshift walls. Their only source of comfort is their blind and absolute devotion to the Goddess, to whom they address prayers so that she may wipe out this unknown evil.

This is the scenario into which a man, returned from the realm of the dead, finds himself catapulted.
Deprived of the memories of his previous life, he finds himself possessed of a power capable of killing the creatures the Plague has given birth to. To discover more about himself and to fulfil a task the nature of which he is unaware, he will travel the world in search of the seven fragments into which his soul has been divided. A journey, his, that will lead him straight to the Pillar of God, within which the mysterious Golden Flame crackles.
