TLC Neighborhood AU

An AU where all four canon TLC ships live in the same neighborhood/area. First four sections are the ships meeting, then, in later chapters their stories intertwine. Cinder is an amputee living across the street from her wealthy and handsome neighbor, Scarlet lives in an apartment complex near the college where she's taking culinary courses, Cress graduated early and is taking college computer courses, and Winter is undergoing some therapy for her anxiety at a nearby hospital.
