Waives Crashing - LingOrm
11 parts Ongoing MatureAfter a violent storm wrecks a yacht, an unconscious woman washes ashore on a remote island where Ling, a hardened and solitary woman, lives. The woman, identified only by the name "Orm" engraved on her necklace, suffers from amnesia-but as Ling reluctantly takes her in, she soon realizes that Orm's condition is far more complicated than mere memory loss. Orm's mind has regressed to that of a child, leaving her vulnerable, dependent, and completely unaware of the life she once lived.
But how long could this fragile existence last?
When Prae, Orm's desperate sister, mistakenly believes that Orm is being abused on the island, she stops at nothing to bring her back. Yet, once reunited, Orm does nothing but throw tantrums, crying out only for Ling. Prae can only watch in stunned silence, torn between relief and heartbreak.
Determined to restore her sister's memories, Prae makes a painful decision. With the support of her doctor girlfriend, she agrees to proceed with an operation-one that includes electroshock therapy to force Orm's memories to resurface. However, the procedure comes at a heavy cost. While Orm may regain her past, everything from her time on Island-her bond with Ling, the life they shared-will be erased, like a leaf carried away by the wind.
