"Why am I here, Dionysus?" Nico asked.

"Using my government, huh?" Mister D said. "Did I use that right? Actually, nevermind, I don't really care what you kids are saying now. Listen, I need a favor from both of you."

"It's nice to see you, too," Nico said.

"No it's not," the wine god said. "I'm sober and you're a pain in my ass. Mouthwash counts as me not being allowed to drink alcohol, too, you know? I don't even have to try drinking it, and it turns into Diet Coke. That's some bullshit. And I can say that without getting in trouble because you're adults now."

"D," Nico said. "The favor?"

"That was rude. I listened to all your problems and dreams, the least you could do is hear me out," he frowned mockingly.

Nico smiled. Despite his arrogant demeanor, Nico began to appreciate how much he truly cared as he grew older. Not that anyone would ever hear Dionysus admit that. "I need you guys to watch a kid for me," he said.

Nico and Will have been through so much together. Wars, quests, and even Tartarus. But its been a few years, and their time to rest is over. Dionysus has a job for them and they quickly find out that caring for a young demigod is more difficult could have guessed.
