He is just a teenage boy, but when his older sister is murdered, he seeks help from a detective with the power to see memories of others to solve the case while he solves the pressing issues of his time. Malachi wants to be a great earl like his father before him. He wants to prove that, in spite of his youth, he is both competent and worthy of the position that has been thrust upon him.
However, a war is brewing, and not too many people are keen on a teenage prince being the one to lead them. Attempts are made on his life, and family members make deals in the shadows to usurp him. Leaving Malachi both injured and struggling to trust anyone. If this war is lost, Malachi knows everything his family has secured will be no more.
The young prince battles with his desire to flee Eden with his life and his desire to protect the city that his father built. It is only with the memory of seeing the detective's help, his own wits, and finding out the secret behind how his sister died that Malachi is able to survive The War for Eden.

And the order was wiped out reveling the land below the ice.
