Some serious plans

When the holidays came to an end, it was time for me to go back to school.
The first day of school was July 1st, 2020.
I got on the bus and saw my best friend, Yi-seo.
Behind her sat someone else:
Kim Do-yun.
Everyone liked him, but I couldn't stand him.
What I didn't know at the time was that he would change my life.

Yi-seo is beautiful, Korean, and my best friend.
She always has a listening ear and knows how to make me laugh.

Kim Do-yun is the most popular boy at school.
He may seem dumb, but he's rich and knows exactly how to draw attention to himself.
I couldn't stand him, but he was determined to win my attention.

Si-woo is an exchange student from America.
He's also Korean and brings fresh energy to our school.
With his charming personality, he immediately stands out.

Seo-yun can't stand me especially because Do-yun, a popular guy, is giving me his attention.
Her jealousy is obvious and often creates tension.

Josh, Kim Do-yun's driver, sees me like his own daughter.
He always has good advice for me and makes sure I feel safe.

The principal is not well-liked among students.
Many see him as strict, but deep down he has a softer side and shows special affection for his favorite students.

Min Ji-ho is mysterious at first, but eventually opens up to me.
His eyes radiate warmth that tells me he has feelings for me.
Every word he says sounds like something he's said a hundred times before, but this time... it feels different.
I can tell he means it and that he no longer wants to hide his affection.

A-mi that's me.
I'm the main character in my own life, popular at school, and a very good student.
But after the holidays, everything in my life changed dramatically.
