King Helm welcomes the immigrants to his kingdom especially Galador and the swan knights under his command given how famous the swan knights of Dol amroth are when king Helm asks Galador why he and his followers have come to Rohan Galador explains their reasons to king Helm who understands their reasons for leaving Dol amroth and Gondor so he lets them join his kingdom promising them land for them. during that time Galador and Hera became very close to each other so much so that their friendship turns to love when Galador asks king Helm for his blessing to marry Hera, Helm seeing how much Hera loves Galador and Galador loves Hera he gives his blessing.
