Brett has always had trouble socialising with people and he doesn't even bother to. What was even the point of it?
After he goes to a concert full of people he starts getting more used to the fact that he doesn't always have to be alone and dealt with everything himself. He meets an awesome guy named Trent there even.
But as he is trying to figure himself out and how he can beat his social anxiety, some people don't exactly want to be on his side and help him out
"Chasing the beat" is a fanfic about a guy named Brett and Trent. Trent is from total drama and I take no credit for his character but Brett is my own original character. Side character Such as Cody, Harold, and Justin will also be included along side some others

After George and Clay got together, life went on. Unfortunately not everyone is happy with their relationship and they show this clearly. Clay had been closeted all his life and planned for it to remain that way. But, with having homophobic parents it was seemingly impossible to ever find the happiness he longed for. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school.
