Hey, Im Dev. I have ADHD, and my brain is basically a browser with 47 tabs openmost of them
frozen or playing random music I cant find. These stories are inspired by my real life, the moments
where ADHD makes things hilarious, frustrating, or just plain weird. My sister, Dano, plays a big role
in keeping me somewhat groundedwhen shes not confusing me with her video-game-style
directions or saging my entire existence. If youve ever lost seven hours to overthinking, felt like a
permanent third wheel, or been saved from a mental spiral by someone who just gets you, you
might just relate.

I'm just ordinary. If anything, I'm less than everybody else. I let that get me down sometimes, I just can't help but criticize my over hanging stomach, and my flat chest, and my touching thighs, and my butt chin... Anxiety gets me bad. My older sister Olivia is what keeps me going. We're best friends. She's the most amazing person I know! She just loves everyone and sees past my flaws. I can tell her anything and everything. She'll listen. I guess I should mention she's autistic. It's not very bad. She's pretty much like everyone else. Olivia's aware that she's different, but for some reason she wants to be normal. No one notices. No one cares. No one asks. ... I'm just a normal girl. School is getting on my nerves most of the time, but that's normal. I don't have a lot of friends like everyone else. I guess I'm living a life like everyone else. Everone else also thinks that. They think im a normal girl living a normal life having friends and a great family. But in reality, I just try to survive. I try not to drown. I try not to lose the fight I have within myself. I fight every day. With myself and, more importantly, with the most important people in my life. Who am I living for?
I know it's probably weird for a girl who has cancer to be so well like me and all, but my family and I both agreed that I should live my life as long as I can. I mean of course when I get a cold it's more than just your typical cold and all, but that doesn't stop me from living my life. Even if I have cancer I am still a normal teenager, just one that has an experation date. So I'm starting this new thing where I make a video diary of what I have done the last 4-5 months of my life and then share it with my school so then they could see why I am so weird and care free.Complete
