Clueless but full of confidence, Frank stumbles through the futuristic city, unaware of its cyberpunk dangers, as he tries to "make a deal" and sell whatever random junk he's scavenged. From accidentally teaming up with the ruthless Maelstrom gang to striking up a bizarre friendship with Judy Álvarez, Frank's antics wreak havoc on the criminal underworld in the most hilariously unpredictable ways. Johnny Silverhand watches in disbelief as Frank, completely oblivious to the consequences, somehow becomes both the city's biggest nuisance and its most unlikely new player.
