Snake In The Hawks Nest follows Percy Thomas Woodley, a brilliant and obsessive investigator who sees the world through a different lens. Known for his ability to unravel even the most chaotic crime scenes, Percy is called in when a body is discovered at a long-abandoned factory. The scene is eerily perfect for hiding a murder, and as Percy pieces together the evidence, he uncovers a cryptic message that hints at a conspiracy far darker than a simple killing. Detective Sgt. Olivia Ramirez, assigned to the case, initially sees Percy as an outsider, but as they dig deeper into the investigation, they uncover shocking ties to Percy's past. The victim's death, left in such a deliberate manner, leads them down a path of betrayal, corruption, and a deadly game where the stakes keep rising. As the two investigators work together, they realize the killer is someone much closer to them than they ever expected-and they might not be done yet. When the snake slithers into the hawk's nest, only one will leave alive.

"I suspect you'd do anything dangerous I suggested my son should do." "I'd drag him back from Tarturaus myself if I have to." ~~~~~~~ After stumbling upon Camp Half-blood mumbling, starved, and sick, (Y/n) Hale is pulled into the wicked world of being a demigod. The only problem is? She's not a demigod at all. (Y/n) is completely done with her first day after being bombarded with questions, the truth being revealed about her family, and being assigned a role in a dangerous prophecy. Being pulled into the dangers of a quest, (Y/n) must only push the memories of her horrific past away, but that might be the least of her worries. Leo Valdez has been at camp for three years since the battle with Gaia, and everything has gone downhill.
