This short story is inspired by what I saw lately on instagram and other social media related to Good Omens' season 3 and its BTS, particularly, my creative flair was stimulated by the page @tennantism on instagram (love that page with both my body and soul I swear-) (also posted on ao3!!)

In this one shot, Crowley's still dealing with the sense of emptiness that seems to be haunting him ever since Aziraphale left him for Heaven.
While he tries to handle his contrasting feelings, something unexpected happens.

Someone, a familiar face enters the bookshop, and meets his gaze.

And perhaps, this time a nightingale might be singing in Berkley Square.
