Two months have passed since the fall of Emperor Belos, Luz Noceda plans to rebuild the Boiling Isles back to its former glory. However, things on the island are not off to an easy start: some of the citizens are unhappy with the sudden changes, Eda and the C.A.T.T.s are trying to gain everyone's trust in forming a new government, and her girlfriend, Amity, is struggling to help her family fix their ruined reputation after her mother's arrest.
Just when they thought things were starting to lighten up, a new threat was planning to take over the island as the new emperor. Can Luz and the Owl House gang stop them from turning the Boiling Isles into another Dystopia before it's too late?
