They say that a healthy soul resides in a healthy body, and a healthy mind. However, the society of Lyonair thinks otherwise. In this modern, technologically advanced city, souls can be bought, sold and traded for a price. The human body is simply meaningless, as it only acts as a home for the soul to occupy. Without a soul powering its forces, a body is rendered comatose, immobile and useless. Everyone citizen of this strange and bizarre life is born with the ability to swap and change souls and bodies at will-- at the price of their lifespan.

A small group of people called the Lit Flames have been treated as outcasts by the world around them. This is because they refuse to take part in the unethical process, however is that really true? A certain genetic condition is at the root of all this, and the Lit Flames are willing to do anything to find out the truth in this confronting world...
