Bu süreçte Kuzey Ulusoy, Duru'yu ve bebeğini ilk andan beri aralarındaki anlaşmazlığa rağmen kabul etmiş yalnız bırakmamıştı. Bebeğinin annesinin yaşadığı yükler, öğrendiği sarsıcı gerçeklerle yanında duruyordu. Ama Duru da Kuzey de farkındaydı ki; Duru, üzerine yıkılan enkazdan kurtulduğunda, aynı Duru olmayacaktı...
