Risky Business

In this Modern Harry Potter adaptation two Slytherin pure-bloods, Maevena Novack and Mattheo Riddle were drawn together as children. But both quickly ripped apart as their parents became quick enemies. Their families buisness rivalry has caused exasperation between the two as they both start their years at Hogwarts, causing tension whenever they encounter each other. This soon shifts years later when they accidentally share a kiss attending a masquerade buisness party. Once they find themselves unmasked, they share a mutual ambivalent feeling that soon turns into a feeling of attachment that they both can't get rid of.
