my little bitty (bitty sanses x mentally ill child!reader)

you were mentally ill because of your abusive parents that abused and SEXUALY assaulted you. you were still mentally ill when you were saved by your new neighbour that want to gave a visit and a pie but they saw the terrible thing that your parents did and they were sent to prison. meanwhile you were sent to a Group homes designed for children with mental health issues but even after months you still didn't trust no one and had to make a new plan to make you trust more so they try giving you a few bitties to maybe make you trust a little or even better cure you. well the nice owner of the bitty shop centre gave it for free.
