Oh but wait, she's not the only one. The coming of Percy Jackson takes some load off her, but she still has her own problems. Event after event leads her to flee camp and start her own little mission. Ariadne wanted to help stop the oncoming war, prove herself to her father, and live up to people's expectations, just like she always had.

But things don't always go as planned... Ariadne finds herself in a situation some people consider worse than death. Armed with just her sword, few survival skills, ADHD, and quick mind, she refuses to fail.
