In her dangerous home of Fell City, many gangs and dangerous groups of people control the city's economic system and protect systems. In a corrupt government, Frisk and her friendly neighbors suffer with the price of living.
One day, a mysterious monster is seen sitting next to a notorious mobster at a bar Frisk often takes gigs for. Beyond her knowledge, the unknown man is looking to learn more of her.

Sans. He is a serious skeleton who is part of the Mafia, and he doesn't like to take shit from anyone. Well, maybe apart from his own boss, Asgore. He can't really say no to him. Especially when he is set out on a mission with Asgore's son Asriel to catch a Mafia traitor. However, a strange girl decides to get in the way, and Sans feels like his life is going to become nothing but more frustration when he is told to look after her. There's not really a lot to be known about the girl. Except that her name is Frisk, and she doesn't seem one to like the idea of killing.
