Elizabeth, or more commonly refered to as Lizzie, Elder is just your average 15 year old genius who has been stuck in boarding schools for the past 5 years of her life. With little contact with her family, she soon came to believe that they had forgotten about her, until one day. The secrets that were always kept from her as a child are suddenly revealed and Lizzie is thrown into the world of the Cahills.

The only catch is that things aren't quite how they seemed in the books. What better way to hide a secret than to tell the whole world about it. With the books being a cover-up, that only means one thing, the hunt is still on. Now Lizzie is about to be thrown in the middle of it, and she discovers that everything she thought she knew about her life, about her family, about her friends is not how it seems.
