This story is about if Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen were neighbours throughout childhood, but Lucy moved away when she was 16 to Florida, before coming back to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of being a Police Officer with the LAPD at 22. On her first day, she thought she recognised someone, but couldn't piece it together. Until she learned his name when introduced to, Tim Bradford. Lucy took her little sister, Tamara Chen, into her full time care when she was 22.
