Lloyd keeps having nightmares about Harumi, ever since the building collapsed and he was powerless to stop it. It doesn't get any easier when someone new dominates the news and later, the political election coming up. And the way he conveys to the people...unnerves him. But when Harumi suddenly turns up alive, they shockingly discover the ties Harumi has to this man, and what it means for the future.

He had it all planned. From the very beginning, when the Ninja were only just starting to be known. That today, he would be the real one who got away.
What if somebody else was responsible for the death of Harumi's parents? What if that person had planned it all beforehand, all the way back to S1, knowing how she would turn out? What if his real intentions was to get rid of the ninja, using Harumi as a scapegoat for his actions to get the people's trust?
This is that story.
Takes place at the end of season 9, during and after season 10, and can be seen as an alternate season 11.
