In the year 2590, the State governs everything , through surveillance, control, and the unbreakable Rules. Every citizen must comply.  To question them is to vanish.
The founder of the state is  18 year old girl . The state has kept this a secret . Known by the people as the OMNIA .But what will unravel if the founder of the state herself starts refusing to follow the Rules. Is the OMNIA the girl herself or the medium for the state to rule. Will She Destroy or Rebuild?
Nineteen-year-old Reed has never broken a rule. Not officially. But when he discovers a forgotten relic-a device from a time when people chose their own paths-his world begins to crack. The song it plays awakens something forbidden: a memory, a feeling, a rebellion waiting to rise.
Zyraith is the commander in chief of the OMNIA.  Carrying out her wants with unwavering precision. The Obsidian Order operate under his direct control. His word is law, second only to the Founder herself. If the Founder is the mind, Zyraith is the hand. When the mind rebels, what will the hand do?
