Lee Everett was supposed to die. He made his peace with it, leaving Clementine with his final words before closing his eyes, ready for the end. But the end never came.

When he wakes, his body is whole-no fever, no bite, no pain. Days, maybe weeks have passed, yet he remains unchanged. Walkers shamble past him as if he isn't there, their hunger ignoring him entirely. Wounds that should cripple a man barely register. Bullets tear through him, yet he keeps moving, unfazed.

With no answers, Lee sets out to find Clementine, determined to keep the promise he made. But the world has moved on without him, and as he follows the trail of the girl he swore to protect, he begins to realize something terrifying-he is no longer just a survivor. He is something more.
