Katrina Shizuko had allways suffered she basically grew up in the hospital some awaiting for her mother to somehow get better and most of it when she eventually got ill with stage 2 pancreatic cancer the already very hard gland to treat with cancer and only a 13% survival rate plus her father trying anything but chemo still believing that was the reason her mother died she knew her days where numbered she felt her body breaking and shutting down tho thru the weeks the only interesting thing other then staring outside the window was the young doctor who checked up on the patients from time to time.

One day like any-other she sat in the hospital bed her father watching over her and basically never leaving her side like allways that was until the once annoying bickering of her father the beeping sound of the man who shared a room with her was all gone a deathly silence suddenly erupted and everyone was gone but so was the pain in her whole body seemed to put on pause.

What will she do in this world where you have to play games to survive and what will she do if she meets some familiar faces.
