The Long Night has passed. The dead were defeated in the North, and the Iron Throne lies in ruins. Daenerys Targaryen, believed by many to be The Prince That Was Promised, is dead. Westeros breathes, but peace remains fragile. The prophecy that guided generations of Targaryens seems fulfilled-until the truth resurfaces.

The prophecy was never complete. "Born amidst salt and smoke, beneath a bleeding star, The Prince That Was Promised paved the way for Westeros's savior."

In the heart of Old Valyria, where fire still burns and shadows linger, something stirs. Daella of House Barlaeris-sorcerer, seer, and the last of an ancient Valyrian bloodline-awakens. Trapped in stone for centuries, her prison is shattered when a blood wyrm coils around it, drawn by the magic of a forgotten past.

As Westeros struggles to rebuild, a deeper threat looms-one no king or queen is prepared to face. The Prince That Was Promised was only the harbinger. The true battle for the realm's soul has yet to be fought.

Daella carries the magic and knowledge of Valyria, but Westeros is wary of sorcery and prophecy. With dragons scarce and trust scarcer, Daella must unite a broken realm that would sooner see her as a threat than a savior. For the song of ice and fire is not yet finished-and the final verse belongs to her.

*An Academy Fanfiction* Sang is a violin prodigy flaunted by her parents to the rich and famous of Charleston's high society. Her father is in the running for senatorship. Her sister a successful socialite. Though she runs in many circles, Sang has no true "friends". None that she can trust like her for her or would want to know anything about her if she were not rich and connected. That is at least until she meets several amazing boys unlike anyone she's ever met before. They may each make her stomach quiver with a want she's never felt previously, but they also may finally be the only friends she's ever had who want to know her without ulterior motive. XxX The Blackbourne team are on a mission they initially thought they'd been on hundreds of times before. Tracking and stopping corruption, fraud, and embezzlement. This time though the danger stakes are raised as it's not just money going missing that shouldn't, people are going missing too - and there seems to be one commonality in all of it. High profile politician, Anthony Sorenson. In order to get close to Anthony, and to the answers they desperately need, the Blackbourne team must first get close to the family - his wife Celeste, their eldest daughter Marie, and their youngest daughter Sang. It was all supposed to be so simple. They were supposed to get in, get the info, and get out. They were NOT supposed to get attached. They were not supposed to fall for her. And yet, here they all were. {Disclaimer: the characters are not mine. This is fanfiction for CL Stone's Academy Ghost Bird series. I can only claim the plot}. ⚠️Will contain mature (🌶️🌶️) scenes and themes as well as descriptions of abuse⚠️ Started: 04/09/23 Finished: ??/??/??

Everything seems to be going wrong, betrayal, sickness, injuries... Will these three friends be able to push through the punches life in Middle Earth throws at them? Or will they end up falling apart? And what happens when the Orc, Bogwater, finds himself falling for Rain? *Title has been updated to be more self-explanatory. However, nothing in the story has changed. -DISCLAIMERS: NEW READERS READ BEFORE CONTINUING- •Scenes of Violence, Action, and some Language. • I do not own Middle Earth or the characters specifically created by Tolkien, all I own is Rain, Bogwater, Havish, and the plot to this story. •This story has many twists and turns, please don't freak out on me if something you don't particularly like happens. •This has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit plot. This is an all original plot using my own characters that just happen to run into Gollum, Gandalf, and some others, including Elrond. This is DOES not tie into the novels/films in anyway. • I do not own any of the songs or pictures used to give depth to the story. • A story about self-acceptance and friendship.
