The city of Hueville has never felt safer. With Black out of the picture, and the villains stripped of their power, we can now walk down the streets in peace. Well, in Orange's case, he can run around the entire city in mere seconds if he wanted to, but that's besides the point.
There are still so many Hueville citizens who haven't unlocked their powers yet. And since I'm the only one with the Chromanet, it's up to me, some random Earthling, to fix that.
