When the Tenth Doctor discovers that Lucas, a seemingly ordinary 16-year-old boy, is actually a Timetot—barely a year and a half old in Gallifreyan terms—everything changes. Lucas has been unknowingly suppressing his true instincts with dangerous pills, hiding his youthful nature. After the Doctor purges the suppressants from his system, Lucas’s Timetot instincts awaken, leaving him vulnerable, curious, and in need of care. Struggling with his new reality, Lucas battles between wanting independence and accepting the Doctor’s unwavering protection. Through moments of frustration, laughter, and comfort, the Doctor steps into a parental role, determined to guide Lucas as he rediscovers who he truly is—no matter how many stumbles it takes.
