In a world where everyone can use magic from birth, people are classified through the amount of Matter inside them, regardless of whether they wield Single Magic, Double Magic or Triple Magic.

In the Palacia Kingdom, the armed forces are known as Magic Soldiers, divided into ten distinct Divisions, each with unique names and symbols. Tom Phoenix is a reckless sixteen-year-old who dreams of becoming Magic Marshal, the second-highest authority after the king of Palacia. An orphan raised by Priest Laloth Farsi in the border village of Ache, Tom was initially born with no Matter at all. With nothing to rely on, he pushed himself through sheer hard work, sharpening stamina and strength until one day his dormant Matter awakened.

That moment revealed something unbelievable-Tom possessed Triple Magic. His three magics are Phoenix Magic, Soul Magic, and Dark Magic. Soul Magic, known in legends as Devour Magic or Anti-Magic, was believed to be a myth until Tom awakened it. Laloth gave Tom the surname Phoenix due to the rare Phoenix Magic flowing inside him. However, his Matter quantity remains extremely low for Phoenix Magic and Dark Magic, while Soul Magic bypasses Matter entirely.

Tom's lifelong rival is Jerry Ralphonse, also an orphan raised by Laloth. Jerry also possesses Triple Magic-Water Magic, Ice Magic and Soft Magic-and unlike Tom, he has a remarkably high level of Matter. During the Magic Soldiers Exam, none of the nine Divisions initially accepted Tom. Then Spike Fang, wielder of Dark Magic, Light Magic and Devil Magic-the highest Matter user in the kingdom-and the intimidating leader of the Stray Hounds Division, stepped forward and selected him. Despite his harsh tone, Spike Fang is a surprisingly reliable and protective mentor. Meanwhile, Jerry is chosen into the Blue Calm Division, setting the two rivals on paths that clash, intertwine and ignite Triple Rivalries.

For centuries, humanity battled its own demons-war, destruction, the ever-present shadow of extinction. But against all odds, it endured. Nations united, wounds healed, and a single banner rose above the entire Earth: United Earth Government and later the United Federation of Planets. By the year 2288, humanity had transformed from a fractured species into a galactic civilization. The Federation stretched across the stars, its influence reaching every corner of the Milky Way. It was an era of peace, progress, and unmatched technological triumph. And yet... they were alone. No matter how far their ships traveled or how many worlds they surveyed, there was no sign of other intelligent life. The universe vast, ancient, and beautiful remained eerily silent. Theories once whispered in academic circles, the "Great Filter," the "Rare Earth" now loomed large and terrifying. Was intelligence a cosmic accident? Was humanity the only one to make it this far? Then, everything changed. On the eve of humanity's historic voyage to Andromeda (M31). As their science vessel prepared for its journey across 2.6 million light years, something unprecedented occurred. In a flash, space itself seemed to twist and fold, as the Milky Way merged with another galaxy in instant, one far larger and older than their own. Now, in this strange, limitless frontier, humanity's greatest adventure was only just beginning. Would they adapt and survive, or uncover something beyond their wildest understanding? Only time would reveal the truth... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heavily influenced by Nihonkoku Shoukan by Minorou, Anime GATE and various nation summoned novels here in wattpad.
