Kristen Stewart is a successful actress. She gained fame when she starred in the world wide teen vampire movies Twilight, as a teenager. Now she's 34 and has won a Caesar award and was nominated for an Oscar. Kristen and her fiance Dylan are laughing and enjoying an afternoon out when the two are suddenly in an accident with a drunk driver, Kristen's life changes forever. She wakes up in a hospital bed, unable to move. She is paralyzed from the waist down. Kristen learns that Dylan leaves her after she finds out her injuries. Kristen is heartbroken and devastated. She thinks her life is over... that is until an old familiar face appears.
