You know those "things" that go "bump" in the night? Those things you were afraid of as a kid, and was convinced that every little sound was some kind of monster hiding somewhere in the never ending darkness of sunless night... Well...we're real, and living. We live amongst all you humans... but the one thing about all of you thats always baffled me is... why?Why is it, that your afraid of what you can't see... When what you should be afraid of might be your very own neighbor... Your friend... Your cousin... Your very own child... ...This is the story of my kind, the creatures you find so unbearably revolting... That you would burn us on stakes, stab us with sharpened sticks, shot us down like animals... This is the story of us....

Y/N, which is you, was walking around the campus of your high school. You hear something weird. Like the sound of somebody getting pushed up against the lockers. You recognize the sound. All too well. You turn the corner and see the one person you never wanted to see again. The one who hurt you. The one who left, and left you broken. The one who let your trust and faith in people slip. The one who let you become lonely. The person who made you happy, but then let you fall and get buried ten feet under. He's the person you didn't feel like seeing. You weren't ready. You don't know what to do. They left, they let you become broken, they let you lose all hope in people, and now he's back. You wish it weren't true. You wish he never would've come back. Will you let them back in, or will you keep them out.
