It's the year 9105. Their are two parts of the human society, one are the citizens and the others are outlaws. No more jails, since it was pointless to waste food on the bad. So it was improvised, the bad would be dumped outside the walls, and the good will stay within.
Personally I'm all good with that as long as they don't release the sentries after my crew.
