This story takes place in a world like ours the Cold War never truly stopped and the world is much more technologically advanced but not by much as the Soviets [now multiple smaller factions by the start of our story] and the USA are currently trying to make the Nazi German super soldier (Yes this was a real thing.) and are trying many many methods many of which have failed. And so our story starts
